Communicating science to the public has become more important than ever as we must better convey to the public how science is done,  and how we use a data driven approach to make make new discoveries. At the same time, it is critical that we inspire the next generation of scientists to help solve the many societal problems that now face us.

With this in mind, Dr. Webster the founded of the Magic of Chemistry outreach program at Radford University, an age appropriate traveling chemistry show focused on fostering a better understanding and appreciation for the role of chemistry in society. Hundreds of invited presentations have been given across Virginia with teams of enthusiastic students and alumni.
